<Cause>
Cause 1: The chemical filter has been replaced but the output device has not been rebooted or the machine has been rebooted without the chemical filter.
Solution: Replace chemical filter and then turn the output device on and off (simple software reset command may not work!).
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: The chemical filter has been installed incorrectly.
Solution: Make sure that the chemical filter has been installed with the rubber gasket down so it contacts the bottom of the pot. There should be a metal cylindrical guide that first sits in the bottom of the pot to center the chemical filter. Try rotating the chemical filter by 90 degrees to establish new contact points with the chemical filter I-button. Then a spacer rests on the chemical filter, and the particulate filter sits on top of the spacer. It should sit square to the pot and the foam gasket should protrude about 1/4 in above the rim. Turn the output device off / on to continue.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 3: The chemical filter usage sensor is corrupt
Solution: If the chemical filter has not been replaced recently then the filter usage sensor has become corrupt. You must replace the chemical filter to continue imaging. Replace the chemical filter then reset the output device to continue.
